Three ways to save and earn money
Lumicity provides three main products, enabling you to save money and earn money: Solar, Wind and Biomass. We pay for the system, its installation and maintenance. There is no cost to you. All you need to do is agree to let us use your land and we will take care of all the rest.

Solar Energy
Rental income when we install a solar PV powered system. Lumicity applies for planning and a grid connection for the solar PV powered system on your behalf and then pays for the installation of the solar PV system. -
Wind Energy
Rental income when we install a small – medium sized wind turbine. Lumicity applies for planning permission and the grid connection on your behalf and then pays for the installation of a wind turbine. The wind turbine produces enough power to supply 10-20 typical homes. -
Biomass Energy
Reduce your heating bill by up to 50%, thanks to biomass boiler system. Lumicity will replace your ageing boiler and will install a modern biomass boiler powered by either wood chip or wood pellets. Once the biomass boiler is running, you pay for the fuel – as you are currently doing – which results in heating bills that are up to 50% less than oil.

Step 1: Contact us and tell us exactly where you want to install the wind turbine, solar array or biomass boiler

Step 2: We screen your site to see if it falls under our parameters. We will check for grid connections, wind speeds, solar irradiation and likelihood of getting planning permission. If your site falls below our minimum threshold we are still able to provide the funded option if you are willing to make a small contribution to the cost of the equipment.

Step 3: If the site looks good one of our nice surveyors will come and visit, to get further site details and to discuss the lease agreement with you, the landlord

Step 4: After we sign a lease with you we submit for planning permission and grid connection

Step 5: A few months later, once we have planning permission and a firm grid connection offer, we will install your turbine, solar system or biomass plant

Step 6: Once the wind turbine or solar array is up and running, we get paid from the sale of electricity to the grid and we pay you a rental income. Alternatively, with biomass, you save money.
